Found only partial voltage to air hander in attic. Traced power loss back to breaker in panel. Breaker will not even stay reset with wires disconnected. Breaker panel is likely from 1970s. Needs 30 amp 2 pole breaker compact style . General Electric breaker Unable to check cooling system without power to system.
