Inspected system. Found that condenser fan motor brakes is broken. 35+5 dual run capacitor is leaking and no longer has any capacitance for the condenser fan motor. Main control board in unit is no longer sending signal to start compressor. System is using old R22 freon that is now out of production. System looks like is was manufactured in 1988. Bill customer
