Upon arrival water was pouring out of cabinet. I was sure then pan was cracked somewhere. I removed float and drainline. Then I pulled coil out as far as I could to inspect pan. I found the crack where I expected. Right by drain outlet. Possibly cracked from wire tie. I had brought some flex tape from home and used it on the pan. It sealed it well and did not leak at all when I pored a gallon of water in pan after reassembling drains. I also noticed not drsin fast to I went out side to look. I could not see in dark last night. I noticed old trap. I removed and it was blocked. I installed new trap. The system is going to have to be pumped down the coil removed and install new pan and insulation. I explained to homeowner that cabinet will sweat with the damp insulation. I vacuumed as much water out of it I could. It should not fill pan under airhandler and kick it off. I ordered pan and insulation and two techs needed. It has a steady stream of water coming out of drainline at this time.
