Found zone one to be powered by transformer either in attic or at zone control and was not hooked up correctly at installation of zone system install had to put both common wires under C of thermostat. thermostats were changed in September and not wired correctly from that point .
No cooling. I found a failed dual capacitor. I replaced it and cycled with proper operation. Upon further investigation I found the fan blade is cracked. I am providing a price to replace the blade and motor.

Customer said unit was frozen up. Cycle unit on to check for evaporators coil was reading 19*. Charge it up to 47* with a sub cooling of 6* and supply air 57* and return air 76*. At tell customer if system low on charge again she will need to do a leak search. At time of dispatch unit is.

Unit making noise. We found the condenser fan motor has failed. Scheduled for 8-22&8-23 for install.
No cooling. I found the evaporator coil was iced over. I turned off the breaker and cycled the a/c in order to speed up the thawing process. We will need to return and test the unit.
