Club A/C Tuneup. Recommed UV Light & Oder Control. Replace Air Filter. T-Stat, Drain Trap, 75*-60*15* D-T, V.B. Blower Motor, R410A, Disconnect, 2=40 Amps Fuse, Electrical, 68* & Heavy Rain, Cycled Unit Clean And Check.
We replaced 10=16x25x2 and 16=16x20x2 filters.
Found 20 amp fuse blown in main electrical disconnect panel remove and replace with customer supplied cycled unit to check check amp draw all three phases of 460 V service 1.8 A under full load each leg cycle rooftop in heating to check OK.
Completed furnace tune ups Changed all filters. Systems operating properly at this time
Rooftop unit in question was unit number one unit operating on arrival cycled to check regular maintenance scheduled for January 3, 2019 found no operational problems
Found unit number six fuse blown remove and replaced with customer supplied cycle rooftop six to check OK

Change rooftop filters per agreement size used in Pinned notes.
Found flare nut loose at cassett unit tighten and check with 300 lbs nitrogen for 45 minutes. Flare nuts need checked for proper ft lbs. before evacuation and recharge. Unit still has nitrogen holding charge. Will return tomorrow for final repair by install dept.
No cooling. I talked to the contractor that is installing a finished drywall ceiling around the Mitsubishi head. He told me that when he squeezed the refrigerant lines the refrigerant leaked out. Due to the need to access the unit drywall will block all ability to service the drain and other connections. We will need to quote for another style of head unit for the system. Perform 10 roof top cooling tuneups change all filters check blowers motors and belts check contactors capacitors compressors and fans cycle each air conditioner to check found bad run capacitor for blower motor unit three cycle each to check OK
Found 20 amp fuse blown. Check for shorts none. Replace fuse and cycle to check ok.
