No cooling. Upon arrival I found that the capacitor had failed. We replaced the capacitor and cycled the unit with proper operation.
Presented options and then emailed them. Reached out 2 weeks after presentation and never responded.
Found compressor not starting . I tried to change the capacitor . I added a 3 to 1 compressor saver jumpstart kit. Both of these did not work. The hard start kit did get the compressor to run for approximately 5 to 10 seconds in intervals but then it would shut off every time. AC is not running at this time. Customer was given a quote on new equipment. But According to the customer there is only 12 to 1500 ft.². And there is a 3 ton AC cooling system in the house. I recommend one of the estimators come out and get a load calculation to the house and offer the proper equipment quote. Thanks Brian

Customer said outdoor unit is not working. Check unit on found outdoor fan and compressor will not come on. Check and replace capacitor also replace a plug up filter. Cycle unit on, outdoor units is working. At time of dispatch unit is working.
Unit is making noise. We found the unit is 27 years old and the fan motor Is showing signs of failure. I quoted for a new system.

Customer said compressor not working. Cycle unit on see outdoor condenser fan motor working but not compressor. Found capacitor wasn’t ready any mfd on the compressor side. Replace capacitor 45+5+440 and cycle unit on. At times of dispatch compressor and unit is working. Please bill customer invoice.
