Check three rooftop units checked blower’s motors and filters check contactors capacitors compressors and fans cycle each to check OK newest installed unit for kennel area does not have a drain connected which is pulling water into blower compartment which houses three-phase blower motor and circuitboard for controls will work up a price to repair that unit or customer can contact original installation contractor to correctly install drain to avoid damage to unit,advise. Estimate added.
Change filter checked blower and motor check contactor capacitor compressor and fan clear condensate trap cycle air-conditioner to check OK please call to schedule estimate.
Clean burners flame sensor vestibule and controls check all operating and safety controls clean condensate trap check blower motor and filter fire furnace check OK unit 27 years old but found no problems
Change filters per agreement found kennel room unit with bad heat exchanger going off on flame rollout do to same. unit will need replaced or heat exchanger replaced at occupants request

Unit making noise. Unit Wasn’t making noise upon arrival. Hosed off condensing coil. Checked voltages, contactor, dual cap, fan, and compressor. All connections are secure. Replaced air filter. Ran cooling from tstat with proper operation at this time. Reset tstag
