At this time the unit is not leaking. The customer noticed that at the end of last summer while the air-conditioner was running it was draining on the floor. I inspected the condensate trap and found that it was blocked. I removed debris with quarter inch plastic tubing and flushed out with warm water. I used 4 liters of warm water and drain is running clear. I advised the customers to run the air conditioning and check to see if any more leaks occur. If more leaks occur it could be a possible condensate drain pan crack however more than likely it was a blocked condensate drain and trap.
