Customer found out evaporators coil was frozen up. Cycle unit on found that evaporators coil was running at 17*. Added charge to it and take it to 40* coil with a sub cooling off 10*. With supply air 55* return air 71. Outdoor temperature 84*.
Cycled system from tstat, all within spec Flushed condensation drain Disabled humidifier for season Inspected outdoor unit and capacitor, all within spec Unit was already cleaned and washed.
Clicking damper. I found a failed damper we will quote,order and replace.
Perform furnace tuneup cycled to check operation all okay at this time replaced water panel.
Return and replace condenser fan motor cycle to check OK Unit very old, replacement needs considered.

Found run capacitor week remove and replace also found condenser fan motor bad in advertently charge customer for turbo 200 capacitor which will be refunded when motor is replaced Office to call Monday with price and availability new capacitor included with motor replacement
Ac tuneup complete. Replaced air filter supplied by customer and flushed condensate drain. Clean and hosed down condensing coil. Checked voltages, contactor, fan, and compressor. System has compressor hard start kit. All connections are secure. Cycled cooling from tstat with ok operation at this time. Tstat reset. Delta t=14degrees.
