Bayonet customer service has been great. The girls are always pleasant and kept us updated as to when our Tech, Juilo would arrive. Julio Gonzalez was extremely professional and very efficient! He found a problem with a couple of leaks that the previous service person could not. He would not quit until he solved our issues. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend Bayonet and Julio.

Fernando did a great job with our 6 month AC system check. He was extremely polite and professional. He came into the house with booties on his shoes and only touched what he needed to which was critical in this scary time with COVID-19. I have used Bayonet since I moved to Florida 4 years ago and have never had an issue.
