I have been a customer of Bayonet for many years, and they have always provided me with the highest level of customer care, service and satisfaction. Saturday night after regular business hours, I called in fully expecting to get a recording. Instead, I was greeted by a warm, friendly and empathetic lady who immediately dispatched an on call - after hours technician to my home to fix my a/c that had stopped working. Amazingly, within 30 minutes, Shawn Combs was in my home and had quickly diagnosed the issue and got me back up and running. I am very thankful Bayonet always stands behind everything they do with the highest standard of excellence, courtesy and professionalism. Our family is thankful to Mr. Combs and the entire staff at Bayonet. They never fail to earn my respect and confidence and I always recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
