I arrived on site to perform an installation for a Five Star 96% Gas Furnace, as it was the best fit for the customers property. The unit was running at full functionality at the time of departure.
I arrived on site to perform an installation of a Five Star 13 SEER Air Conditioner System Complete at the customers property. The installation was a success and the unit was running at full functionality at the time of departure.
Upon inspection, I found the disconnect for the outdoor unit was plugged in upside down. I switched it and cycled the system to check for other issues. Everything else checked out within specs. System is operational upon departure.
I completed a return service on an air conditioner. I determined the thermostat was faulty, upon swapping everything working now.
Client requested an estimate to replace a Goodman air conditioner. I recommend replacing it with a Carrier 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. Included in the estimate is a 1 year free service maintenance agreement.
I performed a diagnostic on a TRANE heat pump. I found that system was showing low pressure so I reset it and restarted the system. It began cooling the house. I also found the TXV needed replaced so I will return to replace the part.
