I installed a Five Star13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. System is set and customer is ready for the cooling season
After removing the Heil air conditioner, I installed a Five Star 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I performed a diagnostic on a Carrier up to 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. I found that the breaker in the box was not secured so unit was not receiving proper voltage. I secured the breaker and advised customer if it happens again to call an electrician. The system was fully operating when I left.
I replaced the Suction Line Sensor and finished charging the system for a Trane air conditioner.
I installed a Five Star 96% 2 Stage Variable Speed 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. Everything is operating properly at time of departure.
Upon inspection, I found the thermostat was faulty and needed replaced. Customer will pick up a new one and will call us back out to install. System is not operational upon departure.
I installed a Five Star 80% 70,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3T 17" and a Five Star 13 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. System is set and customer is ready for the cooling season.
