I arrived on site to perform an installation of a Five Star ION 18 SEER Variable-Speed Heat Pump and a Five Star ION Variable-Speed Electric Furnace, as they were the correct fit for the customers property specifications. The installation was a success and both units were running at optimal capacity at the time of departure.
I provided an estimate on a Five Star 80% 45,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Five Star 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. I will wait to hear from the customer on how they want to move forward
I completed a diagnostic service call on a Trane heat pump. Determined that due to the condition of the unit that it be best to replace. Going over replacement options with homeowner.

After removing the Electric furnace and Goodman heat pump, I installed a Five Star Multi-Speed 3 Ton Electric Furnace and a Five Star 16 SEER 3 Ton Heat Pump. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I replaced the inducer motor. I cycled the system to ensure functionality. System is operational upon departure.
