I installed a Five Star 16 SEER 2 Ton Heat Pump. System is set and customer is ready for cooling season.
After removing the Goodman gas furnace, I installed a Five Star 95% 80,000 BTU Gas Furnace 4T 17. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time. Included with the installation is a free 1 year service maintenance agreement.
I completed scheduled maintenance spring tune up on a Five Star air conditioner. I visually inspected the furnace. Checked voltage and amps. I inspected the evaporator coil. I checked the temperature difference across the coil. Checked refrigerant charge, voltages and amps. I rinsed the condenser coils with water. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I provided an estimate to install a Five Star 80% 70,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3T 17", and a Five Star 13 SEER 1.5 Ton Air Conditioner.

Installed a Five Star brand gas furnace at customer's home. Customer will receive a year free of scheduled maintenance agreement included. Customer satisfied upon departure.

Dispatched to customer's home to complete an installation inspection. Customer recently had a full system installed in his home. All great at time of inspection, customer extremely happy and did not have any further questions. All OK at time of departure.
Customer called in as there was intermittent issues with her furnace. I Cycled condensate pump when I was testing all components which was operational Reassembled inducer assembly and cycled furnace. Let run approximately 20 minutes with no further issues. At time of departure furnace operational.
Upon arrival at customer's home I immediately notified customer that a new filter is needed due to built-up dust. Furnace short cycling due to dirty flame sensor, I cleaned the flame sensor and furnace is now operational.
Diagnostic service call on customer's furnace. Customer stated that furnace would sometimes blow cold air. Pulled and cleaned flame sensor, cycled system multiple times to verify issue resolved. In the end it was determined that customer would need to replace ignitor.
