Ben arrived within the time window that I was given. After a quick analysis he was able to determine the problem and likely identified a cause. Ben replaced the faulty part and gave the unit a quick washdown and informed me of how I can prevent the same problem in the future. Excellent Service!! Pricing was great as well!! Highly recommend.
A young professional, good at his job. He and his crew were on time, faced bad weather, handled hardware curve balls without missing a beat. It was an all day job... until almost 7pm! They worked VERY hard.
Beavercreek Heating and Cooling is an HVAC gem in the Dayton market! Don't go to anyone else! Mike came out to help me with an A/C problem that ended up being caused by my smart app, not the A/C unit. I also wanted them to determine how to get more air blowing in hot rooms upstairs. He was able to diagnose my unit supply vs need and determine that Ryan Homes installed the wrong size unit for my house. My upstairs rooms will never get more air with my current equipment. Mike was extremely patient with me and talked over several options. His customer service skills and expertise gained my trust. He sent a very competitive estimate and never tried to push anything on me. I did my research on everything he said, and he was 100% correct. Mike has been very receptive to all my questions and provided very timely answers. I will never contact any other HVAC company again.
Great response from Aaron. Kept me informed of all issues along the way.

I returned to the site of the customers multiple Carrier Ai conditioning units. I re-labeled the zones for each unit, which were mislabeled, and they were working at full functionality at the time of departure.

I performed a leak search on a Five Star 13 SEER 2.5 Ton Air Conditioner. I found the leak in the evaporator coil and informed the customer. They approved the repair. Will have the office schedule a time for us to come back out and install a new evaporator coil.
I went to the customer's home to install a Trane 96% 100,000 BTU Gas Furnace, and a Trane 16 SEER 3 Ton Air Conditioner. Both systems were fully operational when I left.
