Anthony was an amazing, courteous, professional, friendly, knowledgeable tech. I'd recommend him all day long. The experience was good, but challenging. The house is unoccupied, and required me to drive 45 minutes (each way) to meet Anthony for the work. Having to do that three times before we could get the problem solved was a lot. I understand troubleshooting, and troubleshooting over the holidays (2022) didn't help matters. Don't have anything to compare this to on price. Fix was expensive, but it's an old system, so I kinda understand.
