The overall experience rating is 4 because of the cost /pricing rating of 3. I asked about cost of the pressure switch part in the billing, but was told that the break out for the part cost had not been given. An online check with Ferguson indicates that pressure switches for the State hot water heaters ranges between $50 to $65. Even if it were $70, this leaves the cost of labor at $120. It seems that a labor cost of $120 for installing a pressure switch which is external to the hot water tank has two small nuts securing it to the heater body and two wire connectors is a bit high when a check up of the hot water heater was $79.
