Techs great. Office support for techs deficient.

Technicians are always great. However, office prep to support technicians seriously deficient. Every time my unit is serviced the filter is changed. Two appts ago, the tech was given wrong filter size. This most recent svcg, tech wasn't even given a filter. You installed this system. You should be better prepared. Again, techs are great. Their support stinks.
