Reliably Good Good HVAC Service

I have used Belair Engineering for HVAC for over 40 years, originally in my house in Crofton, now in my Condo in Piney Orchard. Their service has been reliably good. My most recent encounter was for a routine HVAC check-up performed by Abe. He arrived within the agreed service window after calling me early with an update on his progress, as well as when he arrived at our building. He was energetic, efficient and courteous. He explained what he was doing throughout the process and why the process was now somewhat different from what had been done in the past.

He called ahead to alert his ETA, cleaned and checked the gas fireplace (insert), replaced the glow embers and batteries, all in a timely, clean, efficient manner. The one rec I'd make is for the tech to ask the homeowner if the log placement/appearance of the fire looks good before they finish.
