Arrived on site for kitchen back up, homeowner stated that disposal was sending water into other basin when ran and then water wouldn’t drain, they also stated that the water went down but they could not recreate the scene. We tested the sink and after about 2 basins full and the sink backed up, after going over options was able to access the secondary line with the 100 machine and sent cable out 75ft. Upon retrieving cable found there to be lots of grease build up and recommend bio clean. Tested line with both basins full and they drained normally, repeated 3 times with no issues. Homeowner is now BVR. Paid with CC No warranty/drain
