Kitchen sink drainage water is leaking in a brick wall down to the basement below. 60+ years Durham fittings and inch and a half galvanized pipe exists. Scheduled with Alex to have Brad Garton out Thursday, August 12 between 11 and 12 to provide a proposal to run a new drain line through the bottom of the kitchen cabinet and tie into the existing PVC pipe below and cap the vent above the roofline. Also, provide a separate proposal to remove the existing inch and a half PVC pipe below and replace with 2 inch. When all the new piping is installed, clean out the existing drainage if it remains.
