Upon arrival, client had some faucets and toilets with very low/no water pressure on cold lines. Hot water is present in all points of use, and cold water in showers and kitchen faucet. Client said they had shut water off to home today, and different contractor had installed a tee and valve on main water line for sprinkler system. He said when they restored the water to home, this is when he issue started. Client authorized for inspection on all points of use that had no cold water. Shut cold water valves off, and removed supply line, flushed hot water through faucets and found flux from soldering, and what seemed to be bits of paper towel that may have been used to dry and stop dripping when soldering causing issues. Cleared debris from 4 faucets and got them working properly. Master bathroom toilet had very low pressure, cleared supply line with no improvement. Gave client option to replace fill valve, he authorized. Replaced fill valve for master bathroom toilet. Tested and everyth
