1. Master bath: A. disassemble tube trap at right-hand lavatory to retrieve bottom half of stopper. Reassemble tube trap. Adjust height of stopper to allow to sit freely onto ball rod so that owner can remove and clean without having to remove the ball rod nut in the cabinet. B. Remove left-hand lavatory stopper and reinstall in the free position similar to the right-hand lavatory. Both lavatories filled to the overflow and drained to test. No warranty. Paid by card.
