Chris Rosales came out due to no cool, upon arrival found no power too board. Was told to grab a new board and transformer and install. Installed parts and recommended Protection plans for equipment and Overflow Protection Float Switches. Also recommend cleaning condensers, customer agreed but does not want to be a member. Installed new board and two ez safety traps and cleaned both condensers, Customer paid $1378.80 with a credit card. Unit is cooling at this time.
