1. Carefully remove existing self-rimming kitchen sink. Furnish and install new kitchen sink, faucet, disposer and all new continuous waste and stops to new faucet. Punch out pre-drilled hole at the far right on the top of the kitchen sink and reinstall existing soap dispenser, per request, until a chrome finish soap dispenser can be obtained for installation. 2. Remove existing utility sink. Remove existing faucet and reinstall to new sink. Assemble legs to new sink. Two existing anchors could be used for the feet and two new holes drilled with new anchors for the additional two legs. Furnish and install new flex connectors and tube trap. 10 year in-home warranty on disposer. Two year labor and material warranty on balance of material.
