Upon arrival, client said they think water is leaking from base of toilet. I met with Jon when I arrived and he showed me to basement bathroom. He had pulled some carpet back away from shower and toilet. Flushed toilet multiple times and found no signs of any leaks coming from bae of toilet, or from tank. Toilet is operating properly. Did find water coming from shower stall. There is grout missing in between tiles closer to floor/pan, and a crack in shower pan. Client is aware of the shower stall leaking but thought the toilet was also leaking. Where the shower leaks, it leaks in a couple places, on where it gets close to toilet. Since floor is carpeted around toilet, may have seemed water came from toilet. Again we flushed toilet multiple times and found no active leaks. Or evidence of a previous leak from toilet. All water appears to be coming from shower.
