Chris McQuistion came out due to issues with boiler. Performed diagnostic. Found system to be piped in wrong. Found auto feed valve is faulty. Found pressure relief valve is compromised due to this. Found expansion tank has failed. Found auto air vent has been compromised. Gave customer options. Got permission to perform work. Went and grabbed components. Came back wi5 correct components. Shut boiler down. Drained entire boiler. Took out all faulty parts. Replaced auto air vent with brand new auto air vent. Replaced expansion tank with new expansion tank. Added shut off and tee for easier replacement in future and to tie in water line to boiler. Next replaced pressure relief valve with new relief valve. Next piped in new auto feed valve with new ball valves for isolation. Capped off other half inch line from original water line entry. Turned water back on tested for leaks. Found no leaks at this time. Purged all air out of system. Tested system. System is heating and operational at thi
