Today we performed a fall tune up on your three Trane, two Rheem, and one Goodman heat pump units. We cleared and treated all primary drain lines and drain pans, replaced all filters (5-20X20X1 pleated, 1-20X25X1 pleated, and 2-20X25X1 antimicrobial filters), checked amperages on all systems, and washed all condenser coils. The indoor blower motor for indoor unit 5 (upstairs of the house is not working at this time. We will have a comfort consultant come out to look at replacing the system due to the age of the system.
