Diag/ system stopping heating at some point last night and was blowing cold air, they’re unsure how long it was doing this. Arrived and set system to heat and found all motors and compressor are coming on and operating within factory specs, tested 40 amp heat strips and they are working properly as well and supply air is 121°. Let customer know they may have been feeling the air when system was in defrost mode since it won’t be as warm because cool mode runs for a little to thaw the system; tested defrost mode on the board and it is working properly. The board may have an intermittent issue but we just recently replaced the defrost board and sensor. System is heating properly at this time.
