Performed a summertime tune up on the hvac equipment. Testing system operations, component amperage’s, capacitor ratings, cleared the drain lines, replaced all the filters except the 12x12x1 pleated, washed the mini split filters, dusted the return grills, checked the batteries in the thermostats, and cleaned the condenser coils outside. The systems are working properly at this time in cooling mode. Out of 12x12x1 pleated filters need to bring a case at next maintenance visit ($93.50 for a case of filters.)
