Benson's tech's always call ahead to let you know they are coming and show up pretty promptly around the time they say they will be there. They are pretty no nonsense and get busy with their duties on our bi-annual winter and spring check ups. On average it takes them about 1 1/2 hours to knock out the job and I believe after watching them a few times they are pretty meticulous and thorough in the service provided. Good group of folks
