Water heater died. Called them at 3:30pm. They were here at 8am the next day and had the new heater in and running same day by 3pm. Great Job guys!

I don't believe I can over emphasize how friendly the staff was, care was taken to explain everything that was going on. I didn't intended to buy a filtration system (but I was pushed to purchase), all my options were fully explained. My only reason for knocking off one star is timing. I ask if the repair/installation could be done the same day, I was told yes. Indeed it was done, but not until 10 PM. I believe it would have been better for me, and my family it the repair had been completed first - and then the install of the filtration system schedule for the next day. Perhaps there was a break down in communication somewhere, but I was tired, your installer had to have been tired.

I was advised of all the aspects to consider when installing a backup generator. I was frustrated as a previous company did not do this by any stretch of the imagination hence seeking out additional help which I got. Thanks. You price is quite a lot more, but I feel more comfortable working with a professional company. I would suggest you give your sales team printers so they can take this all the way and totally blow the competition away. It is easy, cheap and practical.
