I received two courtesy calls prior to our scheduled service appointment -one on my mobile and another at home, which was appreciated. Josh arrived on time and presented a professional and friendly demeaner. He put on the booties and began to inspect and service our 1998 Trane A/C system which has been working very well. While I was not thrilled with his assessment, (a leak somewhere unknown) he provided tremendous customer service. He spent a couple hours trouble-shooting and clearing debris from the unit and offered to do a test to determine the area of the leak, explaining this costly process may be futile as many times such repairs are more expensive than a new system. He also explained the new systems are more cost efficient and many rebates are available. We will be considering Big Mountain and another local company as we explore options for a new system.
