Josh did a great job and was very knowledgeable. The only gripe I would have is the scheduled time and service time were of a bit and I had to call the home office to verify things were still good to go. The call went to a service and they had to relay back to the office. This took an hour before my call was returned. Minor inconvenience that I don't place on Josh.
