Randy was knowledgeable, polite and efficient - I had a broken pipe with water leaking into my home. He was quick to solve the problem and explained what had caused it. I am going to sign up for the entire home maintenance program because of Randy.

Reroute and install new duct work in basement through rafters
Diagnose HVAC system and found shorted out condenser fan motor caused by a bad capacitor. Toubleshot wiring, repaired short and replaced capacitor and motor. Tested system and everything cycled ok.
