Raudel showed up right on time as I was told by Black Diamond rep. Raudel was very courteous, friendly, and professional. He did an excellent job from explaining what my issues were as well as solving the immediate one at hand. I hope when I call Black Diamond back to reconfigure some existing pipes with issues Raudel found, I hope they send him again.
