Juan, Ross and their colleague we met on Sunday ( Phil ) were absolutely awesome. We had a serious sump pump problem on a holiday weekend and true to their advertising they came to our rescue and immediately fixed the problem. Their workmanship was both professional and very creative as we had a complicated drain pipe which required excavation of our backyard. It should also be noted that Juan and Ross endured working through a huge storm to ensure completion of the job. It's a real tribute to Black Diamond that they are able to attract such talent.
