Nick seemed to check the critical readings of my A/C operation and advised me of where satisfactory performance was, where areas that were slightly under-performing and parts that showed excessive wear and were below a recommended range and the costs to have them replaced. It appears I'll likely be using my Crystal Club membership soon to save money on parts replacement in the near future.

Very knowledgeable young man. Took one look at my leaky plumbing pipes and went straight to work. He did most of the smelly soldering work outside so my house did not smell of gas. Cut and crimped the connectors with a very cool tool and was soon on his way. Cleaned up after himself before he left. My neighbor had Black Diamond do some work on his house and if they could meet his standards, I knew they would be great. They exceeded my expectations.
