Other than some confusion as to whether we were in their service area, I found the staff to be very responsive, and professional. Jason was the tech. He was great. He found the problem (burnt wire), replaced it and did other diagnostics quickly and efficiently. He answered my questions and even made note of them on the invoice. I definitely will have them out in the fall to check on our heating system.
