AC clean and tune. Checked indoor coil with refrigerant sniffer, checked for any indications of possible leaking of refrigerant, none found. Cycled system. Checked and cleaned electrical compartment. Used coil cleaner on condenser coil. Hooked up gauges and checked pressures and temps. Sub cooling was 13, indoor coil was 45, temp split was 19. Average life of this unit is 14 years. System is operating normal at this time. Job complete.
