Performed first year furnace cleaning; inspected the exhaust and intake PVC ensuring all connections were secured, removed and cleaned the burners along with the flame sensor, cycled the system on and checked gas pressures and did make adjustments on both stages, as well as performed a combustion test verifying no CO in the airstream. This system is currently operating normal and heating at 43 degrees at this time. I did want to make note I found a large amount of dust on the blower wheel this could potentially cause a reduction of efficiency by 30% I would highly recommend upgrading your filter to an electronic air cleaner to bring theses levels down in the home.
