Checked fireplace. Cycled fireplace, no ignition. Removed glass and logs and cleaned ignition system. Re lit pilot and cycled again. Still no ignition. Checked power from switch to gas valve, no power. Checked power to switch, no power found. Recommend having our electricians take a look at system to see where power is failing. Furnace clean and tune. Cycled system. Checked heat exchanger, ok. Removed burners and flame sensor. Checked and cleaned both. Checked igniter, ok. Checked and adjusted gas pressures to maximize efficiency. Checked for levels of CO and XS air in exhaust, normal levels found. Found G wire hooked up incorrectly causing furnace unable to run on continuous fan setting. Found no CO in airstream. System operating normal at this time. Office to schedule ac clean and tune at no charge. He was promised an ac cleaning when furnace was installed, he never received that cleaning. Job complete.
