No cool. Customer stated that the indoor coil was iced up twice. Checked indoor coil with refrigerant sniffer, found several indications of major leaks. Cycled system and hooked up gauges and tested pressures and temps. Found indoor coil temp was 9 degrees. System very low on charge. Average life of this unit is 14 years. This system is 24+ years old and failed. Second opinion is set for today. System not cooling. No charges pending results of second opinion. Job complete.
