Was here for a furnace cleaning. Performed preferred customer furnace cleaning. Found that the transition assembly behind the inducer motor is cracked. Office to order the transition assembly and call in the morning to schedule an appointment to repair. Furnace is not running at this time. Customer wants to wait to pay until the repair is made.
