Instructed customers on how to operate system tried to cycled humidifier, found that no water was coming through water line. Also found that piercing valve was broken. Replaced water line and valve. Cycled system. Still could not open valve. Checked voltage to valve and found 29 volts. Found loose wiring and repaired. System cycled. Only cycled when heating. Removed transformer from power from board and wired to constant power. System cycling as normal at this time. Office to email or mail copy of owners manual. This was not left at time of instal. Job complete.
