Cycled system and hooked up gauges and checked pressures and temps. Found suction pressure low. Checked filter. Filter is new, but it is a restrictive filter. Removed filter and checked indoor coil found indoor coil half frozen. Cycled heat to melt coil. Ran heat for several mins. Coil is still slightly frozen. Cycled system again and added 2 pounds of R410-A refrigerant to help with cooling. Indoor coil temp went from 20 to 40 degrees. Subcooling is now 14. Possible coil issue. System is cooling at 17 degrees. Indoor coil is still frozen. Turned off cooling and turned on fan. Customer should check it tonight to see how cooling is. Strongly recommend ac clean and tune to check for any leaks or issues that can not be seen with frozen coil. Office to follow up. Quote given. Job complete. System is cooling at this time.
