Performed the level 2 package and fireplace cleaning. Furnace: Burners and flame sensor are clean. Heat exchanger is starting to wear. Combustion readings were normal. No CO detected in the air. Drain is clear. Heat rise was 43°. AC: No leaks detected. Electrical components tested good. Condenser coil is clean. Refrigerant pressures were normal. Subcool was 10° with a 21° temp split. Fireplace: I cleaned the pilot assembly. Wiped away dust in the lower and upper compartments. Cleaned the glass and the logs. There was a significant amount of sout building up on th glass due to a log in the flame. I tried to readjust these as best I could to keep them out of the flame. All equipment is operating properly at this time.
