Ac clean and tune. Checked drain line. Checked condenser. Checked compressor, found lower on ohms. Fan motor and compressor tested in caution. Capacitor and contactor are both very worn and weak. Used coil cleaner on condenser coil. Hooked up gauges and checked pressures and temps. Subcooling was at 13. Indoor temp split was 18. Average life of this unit is 14. This unit is well over that and very worn. Future failure is expected. System operating normal at this time. Job complete.
