Came out to investigate a no heat. The home was sitting at 59 degrees and the stat was calling for heat. I found the furnace didn’t have a fault code or a call for heat. I jumped R and W on the board and the furnace fired up. I checked the zone board and had 24v from R to W on zone one, but not zone two. Th zone board is faulty and needs to be replaced. We will quote a price Monday. The furnace is currently jumped to be operated from the downstairs thermostat.
